Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you do not notify your intention to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, then gift vouchers or payments will be cancelled and made nonrefunderable.

The only exception is if you can show proof of a positive COVID-19 result received less than 24 hours before your appointment.
